🛠️ If you’re booking for tech troubleshooting, please come prepared:

To make the most of our time together, have the following ready:

1. ✅ A short list of what you want help with

2. ✅ Your WordPress login details – including the exact website URL you use to log in

3. ✅ Your hosting login details – website, username, and password

4. ✅ Any other account info we may need (email, domain registrar, etc.)

Even if I don’t need to log in, having everything handy means we’ll get more done in less time!

⏱️ A few things to note:

• Sessions are 50 minutes via Zoom (+ 10 minutes allocation for Administration Tasks post consult.)
  

• ✨ Need more time? If available, Nat may be able to extend the session at her standard hourly rate which is $150  per hour, billed at the end of the call via Stripe Invoice.

• 💡 Time outside your session is billable

• ❌ Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit your booking fee

• Times change weekly dependent on commitments & are updated weekly.
  
  
• At the foot of the page you’ll also have a listing of scheduled time off through-out the year.
  
  
• The booking system auto detects your timezone and adjusts the times accordingly.
  
  
• GST will be added for Australian Residents at checkout.
