I’m a WordPress Expert & Educator with 18+ years of experience building, fixing, troubleshooting and teaching WordPress.
I started my web development business back in 2008 and have spent years helping small business owners use WordPress without all the technical overwhelm.
Today I run NCDAcademy, helping non-techies build, maintain, improve and monetise their WordPress websites.

Recordings are available so you can catch up.

Yes. Screen sharing is often the easiest way to show me what is happening.
Can you look at my actual website?
Yes, where appropriate during the live session.
Can I ask more than one question?
Yes, depending on time and how many members need help.
Are the calls training sessions?
They are primarily live support, Q&A, troubleshooting, coaching and practical guidance.
What if I need you to fix something for me?
We can identify what needs doing. If it is better suited to private support, you can book me separately.
Is there a contract?
No. The membership is month-to-month.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel your monthly membership.
Do I need Elementor?
No. Members use different WordPress themes, plugins and setups.
Can I join from outside Australia?
Absolutely.
