Ways to make Money with WordPress

WordPress has a super versatile platform, which you can build virtually anything. As it is so versatile there are lots of ways to make money from your site.

Share Your Expertise through Blogging:

Start sharing your knowledge and experiences on your WordPress blog. You can write about topics you’re passionate about, share tips, stories, or insights related to your business.

Then, monetize your blog by partnering with brands, writing sponsored posts, or recommending products you love using affiliate links.

Open Your Own Online Store with WooCommerce:

Turn your WordPress site into an online store with WooCommerce. It’s super easy to set up, and you can sell your handmade products, crafts, or services directly from your website. Customize your store to match your brand, grow your audience and start making sales in no time!

Create and Sell Online Courses or Workshops:

Share your expertise with the world by offering online courses or workshops. You can teach anything from business skills to creative hobbies. Use plugins like LearnDash or MemberPress to create and sell your courses directly from your WordPress site. It’s a great way to monetize your knowledge and help others learn new skills.

At the end of APRIL – I host a small low-cost challenge to help you create a plan for an online course.

In MAY – I host my WordPress course Creators Bootcamp teaching you to DIY build your own courses.

Offer Freelance Services or Consulting:

If you’re a freelancer or consultant, showcase your services on your WordPress site. You can create a portfolio showcasing your past work, highlight your expertise, and make it easy for potential clients to get in touch with you. Use your website as a platform to attract new clients and grow your business.

Sell Digital Products or Downloads:

Do you have digital products like e-books, printables, or digital artwork? Sell them directly from your WordPress site using plugins like Easy Digital Downloads. It’s a hassle-free way to monetize your creative work and reach a wider audience online.

Host Virtual Coaching Sessions or Webinars:

Offer one-on-one coaching sessions or group workshops on your area of expertise. You can use your WordPress site to schedule appointments, manage bookings, and even host live webinars using tools like Zoom or GoToMeeting. It’s a great way to connect with your audience and offer personalized support.

Invite Support through Donations or Subscriptions:

If you provide valuable content or resources on your WordPress site, consider inviting your audience to support you through donations or subscriptions. Use plugins like GiveWP or PayPal Donations to make it easy for your visitors to contribute financially. Your loyal followers will appreciate the opportunity to support your work!
